For most Jews, Rosh Hashanah means a day in synagogue, challah, apples and honey. For Lucy, it meant a morning in a neat place full of songs and smiling people who waved a lot and a fun-filled afternoon in Granny and Pop's backyard watching big kids run and the chance to chew on a plush challah. To top it off, Matt carried her to the car on his shoulders. All in all, a very good way to start off a new year. Shana Tova!
