Lucy loves the mornings, she likes to boogie...

Ever since she was born, Lucy used to nap for about an hour and a half in the morning. But now that she is almost ten months, she realizes that there is just too much to do! Why spend the morning snoozing when there are blocks to knock over, Lulu the Spiders to cuddle, rattles to shake, links to gnaw, and a Rosie the Dog to shriek at?

At first I thought maybe it was just a phase, or a teething thing (but since she seems to have stalled on just two teeth rather unlikely). We would go through the whole sleepy time ritual and she would easily go into her crib but then...giggling, babbling,  until finally a whine to let me know that she wanted out! 

So the morning naps are a thing of the past, along with the sad realization that my baby is indeed growing up. Sigh...
