Splash, an ExerSaucer, or how Matt Spent his Father's Day

After gently waking Matt up with a swift poke in the eye, Lucy presented him with breakfast in bed (okay, she sat in his lap while I handed him his bagel and cream cheese, but she would have done it if she could) and then Matt, to thank her, got all manly and put together her ExerSaucer!

Then we headed to Granny and Pop's where Lucy went in the pool for the very first time. I think she liked it (she loves her bath, but then again in her bathtub she's usually not in a diaper, a bathing suit, a hat, and sans Daddy, Pop, Uncle Adam, and Cousin Jack. And the crowd of onlookers).

After all the excitement, it was a bottle and a nap (for Lucy) while Matt enjoyed chatting with family and friends.
All in all, a very good first Father's Day indeed!
