To kick off Lu's birthday week, we took her to Disneyland where she bravely tried new rides and meeting new characters (in addition to the usual favorites of It's A Small World and greeting with the princesses).
Then she celebrated at school with mini blueberry muffins and her classmates (as well as a lovely cardboard crown, courtesy of her teacher).
That night the annual birthday dinner at Benihana's was made even more special by the presence of Lucy's much beloved BFF, Mia. The girls applauded enthusiastically for the chef who wowed them with an onion volcano and flipping shrimp tails into his hat!
The finale was a breakfast party for all of her school friends! The girls LOVED eating breakfast together, playing in their jammies and of course the doughnuts!
