Love in the Time of Toddlers

As you are all aware, Lucy has had more than her fair share of suitors in the past---some steady (Benjamin C., Benjamin R., Liam, Gabriel, Charlie, Alex) and some passing (Landon from Hawaii and Dominic from Vegas) but lately only one boy has captured her attention, Cooper. They met in her toddler group and have had many parent sanctioned/supervised play dates (to museums, the zoo).
What makes this friendship so special? Well, even when she doesn't see Cooper for awhile she discusses him endlessly. And I think Cooper feels the same way. Once, at a dinner outing Cooper tore his Thomas the Train comic book in half so Lucy could read it too which is the toddler equivalent of "I fancy you and think you're groovy".

We have some more dates scheduled for the young friends but does Cooper have staying power or will her seven year friend Ethan woo her over with his superior writing skills and his ability to read? Stay tuned...
