I'm one of those mothers on the playground. I'll keep glancing, sighing, and saying very loudly "It's almost your turn on the swings Lucy" until some other mother takes the hint and moves her child on (it always feels like other mothers are exceeding the never spoken but silently agreed upon 15 minute time limit on the swings). But I have a reason for my less than polite behavior---Lucy quite simply LOVES the swings.
No matter the weather...
...she just has to glimpse the blue buckets to start giggling with delight! 
Now, isn't that a face worth a little loud sighing over?
